Chris combines his background in athletics with a deep understanding of human movement, biomechanics, and the psychology of motivation to help clients overcome barriers and achieve lasting change. His approach is rooted in evidence-based practices and a commitment to meeting each client where they are—whether they're elite swimmers, recreational athletes, or individuals recovering from injury.
His training includes internships at nationally recognized institutions such as the Mayo Clinic, as well as experience in UNC's home health and the VA's acute care settings. In Southern Pines, NC, he has experience working in a clinical setting focused on chronic pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, and the performance demands of ex and active duty military personnel.
Having navigated physical setbacks of his own, Chris brings a deep empathy and insight into the recovery process. This perspective allows him to design adaptable, intelligent programs that support healing, build resilience, and restore confidence—whether the goal is returning to sport, staying pain-free, or simply moving better through daily life.
Native to Minnesota, NC resident for 25 years. Lives with his two dogs, Korra and Ziti, and his fiancée who is currently in Med School at Campbell University. Over 6 years of training and PT experience.
Philosphy
Fewer Clients. Higher Standards.

We believe the body is capable, adaptable, and resilient.
Pain and injury are not failures. They are signals that guide smarter movement, stronger systems, and better long-term outcomes.

We believe care should fit real life.
Sessions are flexible, efficient, and built around real demands—not insurance rules or clinic volume.

We believe education builds independence.
Clients should understand their bodies, trust their movement, and leave with skills that last beyond the session.

We believe in bridging rehab and performance.
There is no finish line between “being hurt” and “training hard”—only a continuum that meets people where they are and moves them forward with purpose.

We believe quality matters more than quantity.
Fewer clients, longer sessions, and consistent communication create better results than rushed care and high turnover.

We believe progress is maintained through self-efficacy.
Trust, consistency, and accountability are the foundation of lasting change.
