Services in Sanford
Manual therapy. Dry needling. Strength and mobility work. Balance and vestibular rehab. Golf performance screening.
Every session is built around what your body can currently do.
Why in-home
No drive, no waiting room, no shared floor. After eighteen holes, the last thing worth doing is another drive.
The assessment happens where the problem lives — your stairs, your cart, your gym.
Same therapist every visit. Full hour, every time.
Balance and staying independent
A lot of people here intend to stay in their homes for another two decades. Balance work supports that directly.
Assessment covers vestibular function, leg strength, and reaction time — applied to the places you actually feel unsteady.
Usually your own stairs, not a clinic hallway.
Dry needling
A thin, sterile needle used to address tight or irritable muscle tissue.
It's one tool, not a plan. Useful when guarding is blocking progress on the movement work, and always paired with it.
Whether it fits you gets decided at the assessment.
Golf performance and TPI screening
A TPI screen maps the physical limits that show up as swing faults.
Restricted thoracic rotation forcing early extension. Limited hip rotation flattening the turn. Poor separation at the top.
The screen sorts mobility problems from motor control problems. Those get treated differently.
Faults that aren't physical go back to your coach.
Conditions treated
- Hip, knee, and shoulder pain
- Low back pain, especially with rotation
- Post-surgical rehab, including joint replacement and rotator cuff repair
- Tendon pain in the elbow, shoulder, and Achilles
- Balance problems and dizziness
- Return to golf, tennis, and walking
